Direct Tax Code[edit]

I need a clarification if DTC is getting applicable from 1st April 2012. If yes, what will be the implication on Pension/Annuity Plans. Is the code still alive?[edit]

Is the current government planning to bring the code to the Parliament? There were reports that Govt may not bring it in. The latest status needs to be included
