POV check nomination

[edit]

I've nominated this article to be checked for POV. Particularly in the second half of the article, the text is very promotional, not objective, and it omitted important (yet controversial) elements of the company's history, such as the Boeing dispute that I added. 737NG Structural Failures

[edit]

In 2009 - 2010 three B737-700 NG planes, Turkish Airlines Flight 1951, American Airlines Flight 331, and AIRES Flight 8250 broke apart during hard landings. In each case, the fuselage broke apart into three pieces with the structural failure occurring at the same point of assembly where the Ducommon-fabricated chords (ribs) were joined. Ducommon's fabrication methods were reviewed by Boeing inspectors who were later fired by Boeing: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dR5QIPxfHoE#t=787 Santamoly (talk) 06:18, 4 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]
