Dumortier (surname) → Dumortier

Now Dumortier is a now redirect to Barthélemy Charles Joseph Dumortier, but it was create a long time ago, exactly in 2004. After that were created other articles, included Dumortier (surname). Among the others there is also Augustin Dumon-Dumortier, a President of Belgian Senate, office he occupies more than 3 years until his death. N.B. Support per nomination.
