Move to "Millar"

The majority of the standard sources call this general "Millar" not "Miller". That includes Thayers Westpointdoc.,Find-a-grave and even the source used in the article, Henry Blaine Davis "Generals in Khaki" refers to him as "Edward Alexander Millar". So moving the artcile to "Edward Alexander Millar" should not be controversial. Alexpl (talk) 10:08, 2 August 2018 (UTC)[reply]
