[edit]Is there a minimum amount of content required for a page? The content to source ratio is good but just not much.--LedgerTom (talk) 22:03, 17 December 2015 (UTC)
Key strategic market calls
[edit]I have removed a section of this article that listed four of Element's "key strategic market calls" – episodes where the fund correctly predicted market behavior and collected a windfall. Despite the fact that the edits were well-sourced, my concern is that the section is nonetheless promotional, and that these episodes may have been cherrypicked to bolster the fund's reputation.
I am not opposed to letting this article have a section on corporate history. Any such section, however, should be balanced, discuss both significant successes and failures, avoid skewing towards recent events, and be neutrally worded. What I am opposed to is having this article become a "greatest hits" selection. If independent editors believe that my assessment is out of line, please post here and I will consider withdrawing my objection. Best, Altamel (talk) 03:12, 15 July 2020 (UTC)
