Removal of the issue-hints

What would it take to remove the issue-hints? Just wondering because since the addition of notes the article should fulfil the layout-guidelines, and content-wise this article consists to 99% of Werner Lange's "The history of the southern Gonga", which is as far as I know the only major source about this kingdom anyway.
