[edit]Hello,
In regards to the merging of this page with the Entiat, Wa. page, well, I think we should hold off on that.Aletab 21:45, 13 June 2007 (UTC)
- (Note: this concerns a suggested merge from Enetia.) Okay, but can you explain why? Some Americorps volunteers gave the town a nickname. How much more can be said? Katherine Tredwell 18:00, 21 June 2007 (UTC)
- Yeah, I have to agree that giving a special page to a nickname for a town given to it by a bunch of Americorps volunteers... or for anyone for that matter. I frequently refer to "Wenatchee" as "Appletown" when talking to people who I know, doesn't mean we should have an article stating some guy in Arizona refers to Wenatchee as Appletown. Delete Enetia, and don't even think of mentioning it in the article. CASCADIAHowl/Trail 23:56, 21 June 2007 (UTC)
I agree with Cascadia about Enetia. In addition there was no explanation of the meaning of the esoteric nickname. Four generations of my family have lived in Entiat and none of us (those still living of course) have a clue about "Enetia." Trialballoon2 (talk) 09:57, 4 July 2008 (UTC)
