Requested image

So, what's the deal? User:MaoJin is putting up a requested image tag, and User:ESkog is reverting. Why? What's so wrong with requesting an image for this article? They're really neat looking spiders, and I agree we should have a picture. -GTBacchus(talk) 21:12, 17 January 2006 (UTC)[reply]

MaoJin is...shall we say... a problem user. He adds as many templates as he can to as many articles as he can (you may know him by one of his former names, Jingofetts or Maoririder). An image would be nice on the article, and a legit request may be in order, but in general MaoJin is reverted as soon as possible. Grutness...wha? 06:24, 18 January 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Yeah, I'm aware of MaoJin, but in this particular case, maybe by coincidence, the article really would benefit from a pic. These spiders are actually beautiful. -GTBacchus(talk) 06:47, 18 January 2006 (UTC)[reply]
