Um... this is NOT NPOV:

"The retellings range from breathless to hilarious (especially "Maladroit", where the narrator recaps in one sentence the entire preceding page), and the collection is a brilliant display of literary mastery."

That is quite possibly the most POV statement I've ever seen on Wikipedia. Leaving aside the "brilliant display of literary mastery", the word "hilarious" and even the fact that only ONE example is given of the styles used, are way too POV in favor of the book/particular stories. "Hilarious" is completely subjective, as are "brilliant" and "literary mastery", and why is only ONE version of the story included if there's more than one extremely varying style used?

I do not know enough about the book to be able to rework this sentence, but it needs it badly. Though I will remove the second half of the sentence, since I can do that without talking about stuff I don't know. ;) Runa27 21:34, 5 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I've added the infobox (though the information is currently somewhat incomplete), and NPOV'd it slightly as best I could.
However, looking at the length of the [Wikipedia's article] on this, could a French-speaker possibly translate some of it to here? It dearly needs it, and the French version seems to have much, much more information. (I don't speak French, so I can't translate it myself) Runa27 22:01, 5 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Agreeing with your remarks, I have removed the remains of the sentence as well. The anonymous edit by 85.228.228.75 is mine; I forgot to log in. EldKatt (Talk) 14:52, 20 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]
