Expansion needed
[edit]Please expand this article about a very influential case if you will. Vital facts include what happened with the indecent programs in question. As far as I know, this case concerns only the bad language from the 2002 and 2003 Billboard Music Awards ceremonies shown on Fox. But I know that other indecency issues such as a lower court overturning the FCC fine over the Janet Jackson "wardrobe malfunction" could be relevant as well.--Andrewlp1991 (talk) 02:23, 23 January 2009 (UTC)
