Cancer Cluster[edit]

No reporting on the cancer cluster that exists in Fallon, or the radio stations? Coffee5binky (talk) 01:25, 9 September 2009 (UTC)

checked the data site, the number is wrong. Corrected.--Wing (talk) 17:26, 28 March 2010 (UTC)

why is there no mention of all the people that have died?—Preceding unsigned comment added by (talk) 19:52, 16 April 2010 (UTC)

There looks to be a mistake on Fallon demographics:

"The racial makeup of the city was 1.32% White, 2.04% African American, 3.40% Native American, 5.00% Asian, 80.37% Pacific Islander, 3.40% from other races, and 4.47% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 9.89% of the population"

1.32% White and 80.37% Pacific Islander doesn't make sense.

Nobody even mentioned U.S. Highway 95[edit]

Nobody had even mentioned U.S. Highway 95
U.S. 95 and U.S. 50 intersect in the middle of Fallon, and that makes Fallon the crossroads of two important Federal Highways. I have added this fact.
U.S. 50 formerly ran all the way from the East Coast in New Jersey to the West Coast in San Francisco, though it now feeds into Interstate 80 near Sacramento.
U.S. 95 still runs all the way from the Canadian border in Idaho to the Mexican border in Arizona.—Preceding unsigned comment added by (talk) 18:13, 16 August 2012 (UTC)

Many of the facts here confused...[edit]

Many of the facts here confused Fallon with Churchill County. For example, it is very doubtful that farmers grow much alfalfa or cantaloupes IN the town of Fallon, which is a built up area, but there are pastures and farms in Churchill County, for sure.
Also, the Naval Air Station is NOT IN Fallon at all, but rather the Naval Air Station is in Churchill County southeast of Fallon. They do not overlap at all.
In contrast, the Naval Base San Diego really is in San Diego County.
The Los Angeles Air Force Station really is in Los Angeles County,
The Naval Base Bremerton really is in Bremerton, Washington.
Dover Air Force Base is outside of Dover, Delaware.
Andrews Air Force Base is outside of Washington, D.C.
Fort Myer is outside of Washington, D.C., because the fort is in Arlington County, Virginia
I think that you should get the picture.—Preceding unsigned comment added by (talk) 18:15, 16 August 2012 (UTC)
