I don't believe that 1 fixture unit is 1 cubic foot per minute.

Uh, this is in the category of flow rate units, but the article claims it is not a flow rate unit. I did the math, and the given definition does indeed give a flow rate unit, but it's base-2 logarithmic. The article should probably be updated to reflect this information.
