Remove update tag

[edit]

Does it really need the {update} thing, since it's already got the {Marvel-Comics-stub} tag? Dr Archeville 12:39, 16 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Fictional Anarchist?

[edit]

Although Anti-nationalism is an important anarchist principal, this article doesn't explain how Flag-Smasher is specifically an anarchist. In fact, it explains how at one point he comes to be the ruler of a fictional nation. If this isn't properly explained, this article should be removed from the Fictional Anarchist category. I can recall his Marvel Universe entry describing him as an anarchist, but I can see how ruling a nation would conflict with that concept. --Do Not Talk About Feitclub (contributions) 01:11, 14 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Is FS a Baha'i?

[edit]

According to adherents.com, Flag-Smasher is a member of the Baha'i religion. Was this really in the comics somewhere? I suppose someone was thinking of that religion's belief in world unity / a one-world government. However, it is doubtful whether the religion would approve of his smashing activities. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 218.167.168.228 (talk) 10:53, 25 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Actually, it is doubtful that Flag-Smasher would approve of his own activities; he is consistently written in a remarkably self-contradictory way. Too bad, actually, since the concept itself is simply fascinating. Luis Dantas (talk) 06:17, 23 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Cops on patrol

[edit]

Didn't random law enforcement officers also help (slightly) defeated the 'Civil War' Flag-Smasher? If they helped, they helped. Lots42 (talk) 08:41, 17 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Also, I don't think this Flag-Smasher intentionally caused a ruckus in the Farmer's Market...I think he just wanted to walk around and when hassled by the cops, went ape-doody. I don't think the Market was a target. Lots42 (talk) 12:22, 6 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]
