There is no specific policy which categorically states that a country cannot be linked at least once within the body of such an article. MOS:OVERLINK or MOS:REPEATLINK, do not apply in this case since "Armenia" is not overly linked to begin with. As per WP:OL, editors should try to be "conscious of our own demographic biases – what is well known in your age group, line of work, or country may be less known in others". "Armenia" certainly is not as well known as compared to "United States" or "China", for which linking may not be necessary. Furthermore, MOS:UNDERLINK supports linking for building relevant connections to the subject. The country in which this company is headquartered in qualifies to be linked at least once since "Armenia" is topic specific and appropriate in building context, as stipulated by MOS:SPECIFICLINK. There is a link to a more specific location, Yerevan, in the same clause. If it said "is an low-cost airline based in Yerevan, Armenia", the country would not be linked for that reason. I don't see that moving the country in front makes it more necessary to link. MB17:38, 26 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]
