Wipeout

[edit]

Please provide a source that Ariel was on Wipeout. Thanks -- Tofutwitch11 (TALK) 23:50, 12 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]

This should be good enough: http://abcwipeout.wikia.com/wiki/Ariel_Tweto right? -- Tutmeister (talk) 15:43, 13 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]

It's a wiki, but I guess so. Tofutwitch11 (TALK) 16:55, 13 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Show Cancelled

[edit]

Discovery is treating Flying Wild Alaska as another completed series and has not released a statement about the show being canned. On the final episode the narrator called it the series finale and said the cause was Jim Tweto's pending retirement. Era Alaska is still a fully running airline with service to 85 destinations. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 108.195.179.49 (talk) 04:48, 21 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Outdoor Channel edition

[edit]

Flying Wild Alaska is now playing on the Outdoor Channel. Are these old episodes repackaged, or totally new? n2xjk (talk) 03:16, 17 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]

City Names: show calls Utqiagvik by name Barrow

[edit]

Although I respect the right of a city's citizens to manage the city's name, I am uncomfortable with the disconnect between Wikipedia calling Era's Barrow base, as described in the program, by another name, Utqiagvik, with no translation provided. For now, I will add Barrow in parentheses. Ydhirsch (talk) 02:57, 5 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]
