This article was translated from an article in italian, appeared on the Parella website. The author of the article is my father, Commendatore Gino Vernetto, author of several books on Canavese history. My father granted me the authorization to publish this article on the Wikipedia. A similar page on the same topic has already appeared on the Italian wikipedia, and was removed by the administrator Gac, despite that I gave him the same explanation. I don't know what else I should to to avoid that this page is deleted.
