Birth place[edit]

I have seen it written that he came from St Columb Major in Cornwall , but not sure if he was born there.

The ODNB gives his place of birth as Wallingdon, Surrey. Their article makes no mention of Cornwall. DuncanHill (talk) 11:32, 16 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]
