Eh? What's with the article name change? Didn't everybody call him Fred F French? Isn't that the name he put on his promotions? Doesn't Wikipedia:Manual of Style (biographies)#Names apply as much to Fred F French as to Tony Blair? -- —Preceding unsigned comment added by Jim.henderson (talkcontribs) 21:51, January 17, 2009

I agree with Jim that there is little warrant to move a page from the most used form of the name (including the name of his firm and the landmark building it had erected!)

The following stats are from a search of the NYT's database (7:09 PM 1/17/2009) with the 2nd number in each case being hits on the name alone (i.e. w/o the terms real or estate)
(432 / 1150)..."fred f. french" real estate
(5 / 14)........."frederick f. french" real estate
(1 / 9).........."frederick fillmore french" real estate
(2 / 2).........."fred fillmore french" real estate

Wikipedia is not the place to include articles on non-achieving real-estate developers. This person has not achieved anything significant enough to deserve an article - I propose it is removed. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 79.72.243.97 (talk) 20:56, 6 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]
