Questionable Claims

Claims made in final section are questionable. Probably it is not true that canned foods are unnutritious. The citation given for this claim is clearly biased (seattle organic restaurants) and contradicts other sources e.g. http://well.blogs.nytimes.com/2013/05/27/really-the-claim-fresh-produce-has-more-nutrients-than-canned/?_r=0 . — Preceding unsigned comment added by 140.180.242.176 (talk) 17:45, 20 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]

I think the intent was to say that canned food has fewer nutrients, rather than none, but I agree that there are major problems. That section is particularly bad, but much of the article is unsourced or appears to be WP:OR and WP:SYNTH. I'll take a crack at it. Meters (talk) 17:57, 20 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]
