Talk:Fund for Wild Nature

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Fund for Wild Nature is a legitimate organization not unlike Sierra Club, Wilderness Society, etc. that evolved from Earth First! Foundation. Fund for Wild Nature has been around for more than 25 years and I was surprised to find that it did not already have a Wikipedia entry.

Why not also delete Sierra Club, etc? While I think the existing entry deserves to be maintained, I expect it will, like many articles, evolve into a more complete article.

Because the Sierra Club article is not written as if it were a promotional piece cribbed from a brochure.  Ravenswing  00:48, 10 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Really? I suggest you read the Sierra Club article. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Tbliss558 (talkcontribs) 00:50, 10 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

BTW, your deletion of my "contest" tag was inappropriate. I did not remove your "delete" tag. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Tbliss558 (talkcontribs) 00:52, 10 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]
