After I checked "Coordinates", all detailed maps of Tibet, Chinese maps, google maps, no result!
There is Gan Ka village, near coordinates, but it belongs to Nagchu prefecture, Lhari County.
I don't see reasong to have this article exist. No information, wrong information.
