clarify "Army did not go to bowls"
[edit]Can someone please clarify where it says, "....but like Notre Dame, Army did not go to bowls." As written, it implies that Army and Notre Dame made it a policy to not play in bowl games. Is this true? If so, some information on why these policies existed would be helpful. Elsquared (talk) 01:57, 2 January 2012 (UTC)
Clarify 1960 Inconsistancy
[edit]The section on 1960 claims that Oregon State turned down the bid, but later, a claim in the table is made that Oregon State DID accept the bid, but no suitable opponent was found. The link there goes back to another wiki page, but that page has a credible source.[1] Ibleedorange14 (talk) 05:28, 18 April 2012 (UTC)
- I am reverting much of the old section as it is uncited and conflicts with a cited source. ibleedorange14 17:43, 26 May 2012 (UTC) — Preceding unsigned comment added by Ibleedorange14 (talk • contribs)
