Govind Menon → Govind Vasantha – Govind Vasantha had recently changed his name from Govind Menon. Now in cases of name changes, WP:MAIDEN recommends using the name by which the person is best known. A Google search for Govind Vasantha yields 2.15 million results, while a search for Govind Menon yields only 1.27 million results. So looking at hte results, the more popular name is pretty clear.
