The agreement's background and impact are somehow absent from the article. Omission of the former limits the article's accessibility for readers not familiar with the subject, hence it also fails on WP:BCLASS criterion #6.

A map would certainly be useful, but I'm not sure if it's essential, so I've left criterion #5 out of the assessement. GregorB (talk) 13:59, 3 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]
