Is lithium the only thing mined at Greenbushes nowadays?

[edit]

The reason I ask is that in the early 1950s my family lived in Perth and owned shares in a mine at Greenbushes, I think it was tin. When I was about 8 we would occasionally drive down there to see the operation. They were using hydraulic mining; I was able to stand within a foot of the water blasting a cliff fifty yards away. I was told that if I tried to push on the stream it would feel rock hard; I took them at their word. Vaughan Pratt (talk) 22:24, 6 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]

@Vaughan Pratt: I think, tin has very much taken a backseat at the mine now with lithium being of such a high value. Even back in 2010, it only produced a small amount only (see here, page 51). Calistemon (talk) 22:50, 7 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks for that 2009-2010 link. I looked without success for its counterpart for 2020-2021. Vaughan Pratt (talk) 21:45, 18 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]
