Orphaned references in Guys with Kids[edit]

I check pages listed in Category:Pages with incorrect ref formatting to try to fix reference errors. One of the things I do is look for content for orphaned references in wikilinked articles. I have found content for some of Guys with Kids's orphans, the problem is that I found more than one version. I can't determine which (if any) is correct for this article, so I am asking for a sentient editor to look it over and copy the correct ref content into this article.

Reference named "s01e05":

  • From The New Normal (TV series): Bibel, Sara (October 3, 2012). "Tuesday Final Ratings: 'NCIS', 'The Voice', & 'Dancing With the Stars' Special Adjusted Up; 'Go On', 'Vegas' & 'Parenthood' Adjusted Down". TV by the Numbers. Retrieved October 4, 2012.
  • From Go On (TV series): Bibel, Sara (October 02, 2012). "Tuesday Final Ratings: 'NCIS', 'The Voice', & 'Dancing With the Stars' Special Adjusted Up; 'Go On', 'Vegas' & 'Parenthood' Adjusted Down". TV by the Numbers. Retrieved October 02, 2012. {{cite web}}: Check date values in: |accessdate= and |date= (help)

I apologize if any of the above are effectively identical; I am just a simple computer program, so I can't determine whether minor differences are significant or not. AnomieBOT 12:49, 28 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Suggested update to Premise[edit]

I would like to suggest an update to the premise section of the article with two recommended changes. I noticed it is currently uncited and too brief, in that it does not do a good job of describing the series. To bring this section up to Wikipedia’s standards (as outlined in [WP:MOSTV]), I suggest it be updated to read:

Taped in front of a live studio audience, [1] the series comedically chronicles the lives of three friends, and their respective partners, as they try to raise their children in a modern family environment. [2]

As NBC is a client of my employer, I would prefer to not edit it myself. If someone could review this change and update the section it would be much appreciated.--Vgreenwo (talk) 22:16, 12 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]

I partially accepted the edit. I don't think it's appropriate to use the term "modern family" here, and being filmed before a live audience is not part of the premise of the show. Thanks. Gigs (talk) 15:24, 14 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]
