Ḥaʼil or Haʼil or Hail

Ḥaʼil: I see no one using it. On government websites they don’t. On public websites they don’t. Here in the city they don’t. What’s this dot under H about??

Ha’il: Many use it. On government websites they do, and on other public websites they do. It’s the official name.

Hail: People use it, but it is confused with other things with similar names.

It should be Ha’il. Why am I an expert on this?? I live here. HERMIT100 (talk) 13:20, 1 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]
