Merged content from halfball[edit]

The rules for half-rubber and halfball are the same, though there are a few colloquial differences, the biggest being the name). I merged the two here because the name half-rubber had more reputable sources. The version of the game known as half-rubber also pre-dates that of halfball by about half a century.
