This sentence: "Norigae (Hangul: 노리개) was a typical traditional accessory for women, and there was no difference by social status". Norigae varied according to social status, the upper class wore norigae made of silver, coral, golden and precious stones. Lower classes wore norigaes where the main jewel was made of embroidered textile only. By looking at the norigae you could tell which class the woman was from. Kyung Ja Lee.
