Yes it does. It is not POV to state that the Clinton Administration's policies were anti-gun. The fact that calling the Clinton Administration "anti-gun" is non-favourable does not make it POV. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 61.69.247.69 (talk) 23:25, 5 August 2010 (UTC)
HKPRO
[edit]I have deleted a couple of citations to HKPRO.com. It is not a reliable source for Wikipedia articles because its articles are anonymously posted and there's no discernible editorial review process.
