The picture is of the "Charm House" which was built by an Asbury, but not Henry Asbury. According to this Historic Walking Tour of Clarksville, it is #8 and is located at 1050 Washington Street: http://www.clarkesvillega.com/uploads/pdfs/Walking_Tour.pdf
The Henry Asbury House that this article is about (and which I added the correct photo of) is #19 on the same walking tour, where it is listed as the Asbury-Greene House and is at 120 Asbury Street. Looking at the map in the same walking tour, the house appears to be on the corner of East Water Street and Asbury Street, so the house number appears to have changed from what is given in the article.
