Last school teacher at Hensley Settlement
[edit]My grandfather Henry C. Wilson was the last school teacher at Hensley Settlement. I can remember him riding his mule and would leave on Sunday and come back home on Friday. My grandmother Sallie Wilson, would take care of us until he returned back home. It was rough up one the mountain in the winter months and he would cut wood for the wood burning stoves.. Harold Dean Buell
- This an interesting piece of history. I've moved it here to the talk page. Can you find sourcing for this? — Maile (talk) 11:48, 14 January 2018 (UTC)
