This page should not be speedy deleted as an unambiguous copyright infringement, because... I will fix every wrong thing I did just leave an issue on talk page and I will resolve it, these are the school article, if my edits are still not enough I will replace the history on the handbook of my school, it doesn't have copyright on internet website --Davidtran84 (talk) 09:53, 29 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Since the obvious copyright violations have been corrected, I have revision deleted the infringing versions. @Davidtran84: I'm concerned by your comment about using the school handbook: just because there is not a copyright notice on a publication, that doesn't mean it's automatically in the public domain. Is the current version of the article written in your own words? —C.Fred (talk) 23:06, 29 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]
::::@C.Fred: handbook of my school is usually I get some information from there, but most of the info was on our school website, but a little wasn't but I summarized it and added some of my own words to prevent the copyright. Davidtran84 (talk) 07:29, 29 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]
This edit request by an editor with a conflict of interest was declined. Your request was not specific enough. COI edit requests must include complete and specific descriptions of the request, that is, specify what text should be removed and a verbatim copy of the text that should replace it. "Please change X" is not acceptable and will be rejected; the request must be of the form "Please change X to Y".
if another editor could make the edit for me to avoid any potential conflicts of interest could be appreciated, to anyone who is willing to edit the article, Please let me know if there is a better way to implement these changes. Davidtran84 (talk) 09:11, 1 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]
The best way to get feedback on your requested changes is to list them here on the talk page. The recent issues with this article have dealt with the proposed changes being inserted directly into the article, changes which were questionable in origin. The problem with having proposed changes directly inserted into the article is that they bypass the talk page. When that happens, edit requests which are made on the talk page are missing the most important part — the proposed changes — because there is no record of them here on the talk page. There remains of course, a record of what changes you wanted made to the article, contained within a handful of diffs which were created by your changes made there. Nevertheless, since you know the text best — it would really work out better if you could collect these different proposals, and present them here on the talk page for others to review. Thank you! :::@Spintendo: it's very hard to understand what you mean since I'm quite new here or your words are very English, anyway I wasn't paid for this article btw I just made it, I just request an edit so someone would edit my article so the COI template will be removed and I'm a student at the college and i don't really have a conflict of interest because any edit cannot affect me, so I will put the request template back?. Davidtran84 (talk) 12:32, 1 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]
@Davidtran84: My ability to help you add text to the article depends on your ability to list all of those desired changes here on the talk page. Please do your best to list any changes you'd like here on this page. If you could type out exactly what you'd like the article to say, then I can offer feedback on what you would need to provide in terms of sources that confirm the changes, for it to be added to the article. When you have typed out the changes you want made, place a new edit request template below this text to request for me or another editor to have a look at it. Or, if language is a problem, may I suggest making edits on Tagalog Wikipedia, which you are welcome to edit at any time. It is my understanding that there currently is no Holy Cross College article on the Tagalog Wikipedia, but despite this, the site is growing everyday with additional articles that might prove worthwhile having your assistance applied there. It's definitely something to have a look at, if you're interested. Regards, SPINTENDO08:20, 1 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]
