Improving this article[edit]

This article seems to be written from the perspective of a homebrewer. Production breweries tend to have an additional vessel between the kettle and the chiller, a whirlpool. Also the hopback is often used to recirculate the wort during the boil, not just for late hop additions.

I'll look around for some sources to improve this.
