==Plot==

At Westford State Mental Hospital, as orderly Hal L. is making his rounds, he discovers that one of the patients, Richard Hartman, has escaped via the window.

In Salem, Hubie Dubois, an official volunteer Halloween helper, deli worker and someone who is scared by nearly everything, is innocently riding his bicycle through town as children throw eggs at him. He expertly dishes and catches the eggs in his thermos, which acts as a thermos, vacuum cleaner, a telescope, a shovel, an umbrella, a power drill, inhaler storage unit, a megaphone, a grappling hook, a blender, a can of mace, and a flashlight (different models include a flare gun and a hair dryer).

While riding his bike he sees Violet Valentine and crashes into a car. The two have a mutual attraction, but neither tells the other outright. At work he is also bullied by his colleague, Mike, and customers, the worst of them all being Mr. Landolfa, who all laugh at him. As it turns out, Hubie has lived a life full of bullying, even from his own father.

Hubie keeps a careful eye on the town, warning the local police officer Steve about children prepping for mischief night and possible events for riots. This being said, the police officer doesn’t listen to Hubie and even lets kids chase Hubie on their bikes, throwing dangerous weapons and flaming bags of poop. Hubie amazingly dodges these things, but crashes off his bike and meets the new next door neighbor, who introduces himself as Walter Lambert, and gives his an ominous warning to never check on him if he hears a commotion going on next door.

All of Salem is prepping for the massive Halloween Carnival. Strange occurrences are occurring around town, such as a dead pig, a random death, a tombstone for Walter Lambert that doesn’t have a death date, and Walter boarding up his home, and even weird noises.

Violet Valentine’s foster children, Tommy, Danielle, and Cooky, seem to deal with bullying themselves which can be seen in the school and at the coffee shop where Tommy meets Megan who invites him to an underage party. As everyone preps for Halloween, Hartman places on a pig mask and strolls through the Halloween festivities. Hubie visits Mr. Lambert’s house and here’s screaming and strange noises, breaks inside and discovers that Walter is slowly turning into a werewolf with the full moon.

Hubie goes to the police to report the incident, but after years of reporting minor things, the police are fed up and Steve gives him a ‘secret undercover assignment’ where he should never report to the police again. Hubie goes on his secret assignment and goes to an underage party. He ruins the fun for everyone and Mike decides to prank him in the corn maze. Mike then is attacked in the maze and gets abducted.

Hubie reports the abduction to Steve, and initially Steve doesn’t believe him, but after getting a call from Mike’s mother he reports it to the Mayor, who doesn’t care because the abduction might result in loss of tourism dollars.

Tommy’s sisters, Danielle and Cooky, go looking for Tommy, because he never came home from the party and instead hung out with Megan and run into Richard Hartmann, the man wearing the pig mask. Hartman shows them a shortcut back home and Hubie, Tommy, Megan, Danielle and Cooky all meet back up at the Valentine home.

Mr. Landolfa gets abducted too, as well as Lester and Mary Hennessy (all of whom bullied Hubie).

At the police station, Blake calls Steve and informs him the Walter Lambert and Richard Hartman are there and have turned themselves in. Lambert is actually named Nick Hudson Who escaped from the Westford State Mental Hospital a month prior and got his name off a tombstone, and Hartman escaped to bring him back. Looking at the details of each disappearance, and seeing that Lambert and Hartman had been at the police for over 45 minutes, everyone begins to question Hubie. He was mysteriously around everyone who disappeared, has no other witnesses, and has a possible motive, seeing as everyone missing a habitually bully of his. Hubie screams ‘Frankenstein’ and escapes to the radio station, finding DJ Aurora, who looks nothing at all like his voice would indicate.

At the radio station, Hubie discovers that someone calls the radio station even more often than he does, and that anonymous caller said that they were going to show Hubie how much they loved him on Halloween, which is determined to relate to all of the abductions. Steve tries to trace the call, but the anonymous caller used a prepaid phone. Hubie, Steve, and Blake set up a sting to catch Violet Valentine, who Hubie believes is the abductor, and they both both declare their love for each other, as Steve and Blake determine that the cellphone is in Hubie’s house.

Hubie runs home to save him mother, but finds out that his mother is the abductor and the four victims are tied up to stakes in the backyard. Hubie’s mother douses then in gasoline and tries to set them on fire, but Hubie rescues them and his bullies are shamed for being cruel, which is all broadcasted on live TV. Hubie’s mom screams ‘Frankenstein’ and escapes, and even the dead pig is explained, which was due to Nick Hudson being hungry.

Fast forward a year to the next Halloween, Hubie is now the Mayor of Salem, married to and living with Violet Valentine and her kids, and everyone is now now nice to and no longer bullies Hubie. 178.18.74.58 (talk) 20:00, 7 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]
