[edit]This article is heavily biased and leans on rumors and defamatory statements. It entirely omits Igor Giorgadze´s side of the story and does not and has never used even a single quote by him even though it contains a four line quote by Mikhail Saakashvili regarding the detention of 12 opposition members representing five different parties; the Mikhail Saakashvili quote only proves the fact that the defendants have been denied the right to a fair trial and presumtion of innocence since that statement was made on the same day of the arrest. There is no mention of the fact that the trial was closed and evidence less then convincing. Furthermore, some registered (Georgian) users insisted on using the word ´criminal´ which is pure libel especially since Giorgadze has no criminal record. With regard to the ¨assasinatino attempt¨ on Edward Shevardnadze, an attempt to insert the fact that on several occasions Shevardnaze refuted those allegation which connected Giorgadze to the August 29 attack was removed. Any attempt to introduce another side of the story is constatly stifled, sources used are also biased especially the first one which merely mentions Giorgadze in an article devoted to a different topic, a Shevardnadze era article in which Giorgadze is refered to an ¨international terrorist¨ can clearly not be used as a source let alone taken seriously as an ¨attempted assasination¨ allegation within the Georgian borders does not make an individual an ¨international terrorist¨. I suggest that until this article is edited objectively presenting both sides of the story, it carries a neutrality tag. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 62.174.123.7 (talk) 09:36, 8 December 2007 (UTC)
