The article mentioned that Mascagni traveled to the U.S. in 1924 and even provided a cast. This is incorrect as Mascagni's only trip to the USA was in 1902-1903. So I have removed the following reference:
- This opera had been successful at La Scala in Milan and the San Carlo in Naples. Pietro Mascagni traveled to the U.S. in August 1924 to conduct his fairly new opera, Il piccolo Marat. He was accompanied by Guiseppe Radaelli, Agostino Capuzzo, Rino Oldrati, Irma Vigano, Maria LecerCasale, Adriana Boccanera, Enrico Nani, Francesco Novelli and Luciana Donagagio, singers.
Please provide solid references before putting this information back to the page, thanks! Ebruchez (talk) 21:02, 25 January 2009 (UTC)

Extensive additions
[edit]I have edited the table of Characters to add those indicated in the authoritative libretto which were not in the table. I have added a detailed synopsis based on that same libretto. I have added a link for a second complete recording on archive.org.
Regards.
