It's relatively difficult here getting people to accept the notability of a publishing or distributing company or label based upon having notable artists, but another good reference like that one you mentioned on my talk p would do it. As far as that sentence goes, it is not necessarily something to be eliminated--it would be a useful one if it included quantitative sourced data on market share, instead of just assertions. BTW, I presume it distributes the relevant parts of the SONY and timne-Life labels, not their entire catalogs? DGG ( talk ) 23:08, 22 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]
This wasn't a bad article in 2011, but it has been transformed into an advertising piece. As someone who was peripherally in the Christian music business previously, I know the notability of this label is very high, but phrases such as "helped ignite the widespread popularity" are not encyclopedic, particularly when unaccompanied by a reliable source. Ping @Walter Görlitz:, as an editor I believe may be familiar with the topic who is likely able to help sort this out. 78.26(spin me / revolutions)22:48, 27 November 2017 (UTC)[reply]
I'm not sure when it happened, but an anonymous editor has come along and made "improvements" to it over the past few months. I'm not sure a catalogue of the albums is needed and the prose should be vetted. Feel free to make whatever changes you feel best. Walter Görlitz (talk) 23:41, 27 November 2017 (UTC)[reply]
