Needs depth and expansion

Hello there! I've just added the Other Technologies section, with the hope that someone will be inspired to continue expanding this article. It's a great start, but the topic is so much more complex than ADSL (most of the current content discusses it). As such, topics like security, military applications, privacy and human rights need to be broached appropriately. I hope my nudge will provide enough inspiration to get things going.
