Which language does they speak?

Does the turkmen people in Iraq speak Turkish, like ordinary Turkish in Turkey? Or it is the language of old Turkish - the Ottoman Turkish (Osmanli) which is different (maybe in the past?) They speak a dialect of South-Azerbaijani Turkish, but they use Istanbul Turkish in oficcial documents. User:Beshogur (talk) 08:43, 18 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]
