Modification of the name and the picture of Aveko VL-3 Sprint
[edit]Dear Mr. or Madam,
I would like to ask you about the changes.
On your website WIKIPEDIA there is our VL-3 evolution Aircraft https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aveko_VL-3_Sprint but the name of the aircraft is written wrongly. It's the previous name of the aircraft andthe name was changed. I was trying to do the modification but unsuccessfully. The correct name of the model of the aircraft is VL-3 evolution as you can see also on website http://jmbaircraft.com/, its not AVEKO VL-3 Sprint.
Can I ask you for help? Would it be possible to change the name of the page and also do the modification of the pictures?
Thank you very much and I look forward to hearing from you soon.

- Thanks for your note here. This issue of nomenclature and manufacturer is already covered right in the lead paragraph. Here on Wikipedia we don't necessarily go by your marketing name or even by the current name, but we use the most common name in general usage. You can note that anyone looking for JMB VL-3 Evolution will be redirected to this article, so readers will not get lost or not be able to find it.
- I have added a better photo of the aircraft in the air and shown the FG and RG versions. - Ahunt (talk) 13:40, 8 April 2020 (UTC)
question
[edit]Hello, thank you for your modification. I understand but we do not use the name Aveko VL-3 Sprint so for the visitors it can be confusing. The correct name of the aircraft is VL3 evolution so if it's possible to change it, we would appreciate it. If you don't mind I can send you some actual pictures. Thank you and have a nice day!

- I have already explained this above. The most commonly used name for this aircraft today is "Aveko VL-3 Sprint" as per WP:COMMONNAME. If there comes a point where your company has produced more of them than Aveko did and the most commonly used name becomes "JMB VL-3 Evolution", then the article title will be moved at that time. I suspect that right now and the next few years are not going to result in huge numbers of light aircraft being produced and sold, though, so this may not occur for a a number of years.
- You can also note that we have lots of photos of the VL-3 at https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Category:Aveko_VL-3_Sprint but if you want to upload more there you are always welcome to do, provided you took the photos or own the rights and can licence them appropriately. - Ahunt (talk) 13:20, 9 April 2020 (UTC)
