Lead Section The author stated the article topic concisely in a single sentence. I think that the lead section should be expanded on (maybe more than 1 sentence to summarize all the sections in the article). For example, the author could introduce in the lead section 1) date of birth 2)education. It would also be beneficial if the author reduced the first sentence to smaller sentences and provide an estimate on the dates Olaya received her LOreal grant.

Article Sections were clearly introduced in the article. Thus, the author did a great job organizing it. The content also covers relevant information based on the sections. The tone of the paper is neutral and appropriate for the encyclopedia audience and the article did a great job in providing balance.

References No in-text citations are added in all the sections. The reference list is incomplete/ non-existent. It is unclear how many sources the author used to come up with her information. If you are translating the page, i think there is no problem in using the same citations as the old article.

Existing / New Article Since this is a translation page, I think that the author has the right to duplicate sections from the old article to the new one.
