[edit]Is there some basis for saying that Cooper discovered the Inverted Head Four Annas? This seems unlikely, as this famous error was reprinted in 1891. On the back, one of the reprints says "S.I.O., Calcutta, March, 1891." He would have gotten to the party rather early! Fconaway 01:36, 18 October 2006 (UTC)
