I think the name should be changed from "Jeongdo Hong" to "Hong Jeong-do." Actually names are traditionally written with the surname first followed by the given name in Korea, but when writing names in English, the order is often not changed these days.

Nobody calls Xi Jinping as Jinping Xi. Of course, this is a Chinese name, not a Korean name, but it obviously shows how Northeast Asian people write their names. Like the New York Times writes Yoon Suk Yeol or Lee Jae-myung when it specifies Korean names on its articles, Jeongdo Hong should be written as Hong Jeong-do according to the proper order. 1.209.9.204 (talk) 06:49, 11 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]
