Cardoza's status as a character

Who keeps re-editing the page to state that he's still a current character? The article clearly states that he's dead, and how he died.

Tim Speedle was killed off in Season 3, and the article on him states that he's a FORMER character. How is Cardoza different? Giantsfan2104 (talk) 18:54, 4 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I know nothing about the former character, but are you able to see in the future and say that Eddie Cibrian won't make a guest appearance as Cardoza in a flashback episode? I think not. CTJF83 chat 19:26, 4 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

During the latest episode, Eddie Cibrian's name wasn't in any of the credits, and his character, Jesse Cardoza, didn't appear at all, meaning he's no longer a current part of the show. The same can be said for Rory Cochrane (Tim Speedle), even for Gary Dourdan and his character, Warrick Brown. If he does return for a flashback episode, as you said, he would be making a GUEST appearance. Considering the fact that Cibrian's character was killed off rather than written out, he most likely isn't going to reprise his role as a regular cast member. (CSI: Miami is a police procedural rather than a thriller, and they would be stretching it if they started bringing back dead characters as regulars)
