This article should not be speedily deleted for lack of asserted importance because this article has existed since June, 2002, and has had a significant number of contributors since then, who should be given the opportunity to improve this stub article. I'll give you a second to explain further, but I'm inclined to agree with the tagging—I don't see even an assertion of notability here, a link to another article wouldn't really qualify.
