I have deleted the following irrelevant text. The same contributor removed the word "secessionist" which had been used to describe the 1994 delegation; I've let that stand.

"John Ngu Foncha did not lead a secessionist Cameroon group in 1994 to the UN.The reason why SCNC or the former British Southern Cameroons is not seceding from La Republique Du Cameroun, is because both the British and French Cameroon were separate entities. They were both UN mandated Trust Territories as defined in article 76 sub section B of the charter of the UN. It is true that the French Cameroun obtained her independence on January 1, 1960 with a clearly defined International borders and it is true that the Former British Southern Cameroons was not part of the territory which obtained independence on January first 1960."
