Sourcing
[edit]I'm having difficulty sourcing this, as Rodney's prime was well before Al Gore invented the Internet. There are quite a few Google Books hits to try to find reliable sources. Bearian (talk) 00:36, 1 February 2010 (UTC)
- I was going to try to find more and remove the prod tag, glad you did. True with many long ago actors. I'll keep searching.—Sandahl (♀) 02:22, 1 February 2010 (UTC)
- Added that he also used an alternate name.—Sandahl (♀) 02:33, 1 February 2010 (UTC)
- We can give it a bit more time since you are both actively looking for sources but I'm still not convinced of this person's significance. Lots of Google Book hits on just the name but the name itself is not uncommon so thats not a good guide. If you filter those results down, you'll also see the name a lot along with movie roles such as Key Largo but these hits are in film guides which dont do much to show notability here. If he's notable then there should be an article in a magazine or newspaper where he alone is the subject.--RadioFan (talk) 11:05, 1 February 2010 (UTC)
- He is definitely notable enough for a wikipedia article. Any actor with as many television credits in large roles would merit it (and his IMDB page denotes many not mentioned in the article), and his parts in theatrical films were quite prominent as well, with his name billed above the title in one case.
- I wish we knew what happened to him in 1964. He apparently vanished from the screens.
