Infobox & image use

I would like to add an 'infobox military person' to this page. In this I would like to include the image that is used on the cover of his autobiography Tramp to Queen (without the text). Since he is dead I am identified as the author of the book and the copyright-holder. Would there be any problems / objections or other permissions that need to be obtained ?

Further to this message, I have found that the image is already being used on : http://sotonopedia.wikidot.com/page-browse:jones-john-treasure. It states : Powered by Wikidot.com / Unless otherwise stated, the content of this page is licensed under Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 3.0 License. Please advise.
