With a B.A. in Russian and Jewish History and a Juris Doctor degree, how exactly is this guy a biblical scholar? Don't get me wrong, he might be. Perhaps there is some Hebrew Studies, or Biblical Studies, or Oriental Studies, or Divinity or Ancient History or somethething-degree that we're not yet told about.
